Biography

Brenna Simmons-St. Onge is the Executive Director of the Alliance Center, where she works to create a sustainable and inclusive future. She comes from a background of Corporate Social Responsibility. Brenna spent over 10 years developing and implementing sustainability programs for some of the world’s leading hotel brands. She has served on Denver Mayor’s Sustainability Advisory Council, as well as The University of Colorado’s Managing for Sustainability Advisory Council since 2014. Brenna was named one of the top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals in 2015 and received the City of Denver’s Community Builder Sustainability Award in 2017. As a dynamic leader, Brenna leverages holistic approaches to drive systems change.

The Alliance Center is a multi-faceted nonprofit working to create a sustainable and equitable future through collaboration, demonstration, and innovation. The Alliance convenes and mobilizes government, nonprofit, for-profit, academia, and community leaders to drive collaborative solutions to some of the largest problems we face in our environment, our economy and our communities. The Alliance leverages its award-winning collaborative workspace, smart building, event center and impact programming to create a future where our communities are inclusive, our democracy is strong, our economy is thriving and the planet is healthy.
