Welcome to Celebrate American Made.Celebrate American Made is a service provider operated by Celebrate American Made, LLC, that connects its members to entrepreneurs for a variety of goods and services. Celebrate American Made also “powers” deals for other websites & communities (our “Partners”).

When you place an order for a Celebrate American Made gift box subscription, we may also ask you to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date and authentication codes or related information. If you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity.

c. Information Explicitly Granted by Social Network Platforms.

If you access Celebrate American Made’s services on a social network platform (including but not limited to Facebook), we will access and store the information explicitly allowed by the social network platform by their Terms of Service, once you explicitly allow us to do so, through an interface provided by the social network platform. As we do not have control over the user interface provided by social network platforms, we do not take any responsibility for any changes or problems with the interface or exchange of information provided by any of these social network platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information.

We use Personally Identifiable Information to provide products and services to you, enhance the operation of the Site, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyze Site use, improve our product and service offerings, and to tailor your experience with third parties. 4. Sharing of Information.

a. Personally Identifiable Information.

We will not share your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties except as provided below: We may share your Personally Identifiable Information and your purchasing preferences with Merchants who, as part of the offer, request information on Celebrate American Made customers who purchased the offer. Sharing this Information will allow a Merchant to fulfill their obligations with respect to the voucher, and to communicate with you should they choose to do so. However, we will only share Personally Identifiable Information with a Merchant if you place an order for a Celebrate American Made deal voucher, and then only to the Merchant offering that deal. We inform Merchants that they are only permitted to communicate with you for the purposes of the specific promotion with Celebrate American Made. We do not have any responsibility for the actions of the Merchant, and the actions of the Merchant are not in our control.

Upon purchase of an offer that is provided by a Third Party Partner, we may present you with the option of sharing some or all of your Personally Identifiable Information with that specific Partner. Such a situation could arise if, in process of purchasing an offer from them, the user desires to receive further communication from that Partner directly as a supplement to the communication through Celebrate American Made. We will not share any Personally Identifiable Information to any Third Party Partner without your explicit opt-in consent at the time of purchase of each such specific offer.

We may share your information with Authorized Third Party Service Providers. We provide some of our services and products through third parties. These Third Party Service Providers perform functions on our behalf. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with such Service Providers to fulfill orders, deliver packages, send postal mail, administer contests or sweepstakes, remove repetitive information on customer lists, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, provide search results and links, process credit card payments, operate the Site, troubleshoot, and provide customer service.

In addition, in may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we periodically backup information.

6. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information.

You can always choose not to provide information, although it may be required to engage in a certain activity on the Site. As a condition of purchase of our products and services, we will send you Administrative and Promotional emails. We will send you information regarding your account activity and purchases as well as updates about our products and promotional offers.

You cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails. Administrative Emails relate to a User’s activity on the Website, and include emails regarding a particular User’s account, requests or inquiries, purchases of products and services, and notifications regarding our Terms and policies. You do have the choice to opt-out of receiving Promotional Emails. Promotional Emails advertise our products and services, including exclusive sales and other offers, and/or the products and services of our Advertisers and Affiliates.
